The restaurant also borders the technology park of Sophia Antipolis which houses the European headquarters of many of the world top technology companies. It literally has the best of two worlds, the past
and the future. The menu offering has been adapted to cater for local market conditions while still remaining true to the core product and taste profile that has been so successful and has people talking about Jimmy’s Killer Prawns all over.
